Pack and Track can save the physical space your documents take up by up to 40%. This system is a vacuum process that removes the air within the document pack and has obvious benefits for in house and off site storage.

Storage cost solutions

By reducing the space your documents physically take up cost savings can be made in terms of office space and major cost savings can be made for ongoing off site storage charges particularly if used in conjunction with an electronic management system where documents will be kept as a backup system.

Security /tamper evidence/disaster management.

The space saving system used by Pack and Track is a vacuum process which packs the documents in an airtight document pouch. This process renders the documents waterproof, safe from the atmosphere and tamper evident. Special document pouches can be used if required to enable complete blackout of the documents. The document pouches can be supplied in printed format if required.

Pack and Track will complete In-House or Off-Site projects from Document Packing to Full Project Document Management Systems. This will allow your personnel to concentrate on their specific roles therefore saving you time and resources.

Document-Management
Data Capture & Document Packing Service

Pack and Track provide a Data Capture Service designed to sort, analyse and data capture documents that have a requirement for retrieval or tracking.
The system works by capturing as many fields of retrieval information as you require and will be inputted to a designated barcode. Items such as destruction dates can be captured for retrieval and destruction.

This information is captured manually on hand held computer systems and downloaded onto the receiving system of your choice.
The location will be entered to match bar-coded storage areas where the documents will then go through the space saving vacuum system and stored.
